Empathetic Communication: A How-To Video for Mechanics

Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. It is a fundamental aspect of effective communication and plays a crucial role in building strong relationships, both personal and professional. In this short how-to video, built for mechanics, we will explore the concept of empathy, its importance, and how it can be developed.

Based on feedback from the Wrench Turners Wellness Survey, service-drive communication to technicians was consistently the top or top 3 priority to repair in shops. As such, I've created a very short "first steps" how-to video to help technicians do their part in improving the communication they deliver to the service drive, their baymates, and leadership.
